In a world that faces enormous challenges, from water scarcity and resource shortages to climate change and social inequities, the current focus on environment, sustainability, education, social justice, spiritual fulfillment and ethics is not likely to be a passing fad. People are finally waking up to the need for organizations that protect the environment and our social well-being. The risks associated with a failure to meet the expectations of a increasingly conscientious and demanding public can not be underestimated and may negatively impact the company’s ability to persuade investors to take a stake, obtain or maintain lines of credit and insurance, and may cause a company to lose customers to competitors who have already progressed farther down the path towards a zero waste and carbon neutral future.

In an effort to provide executive clients with opportunities to see and experience different ways to approach the future, the Taras Oceanographic Foundation has developed a seminar series; a unique forum to foster the collaboration between leaders and thinkers from various fields.

A group of world-class environmental and economic experts will serve as seminar leaders.

Seminars will last from four to seven days and are conducted aboard a sailing or motor yacht in the Bahamian Archipelago or wider Caribbean. Participation is limited. Outdoor activities include snorkeling or scuba diving on a coral reef, swimming with dolphins, and more. The clear and warm waters of the Caribbean, together with the unique chance to observe and relate with these animals, elevate your seminar experience to new heights.
